16 Months!!

Its hard to think but my little baby is now 16 months!! Where has the time gone?? He now has almost 8 teeth and is talking up a storm.. My mom asked if i was letting him feed himself.. Which i really have been slow to let him and you can see by these pictures this is why!! He is the light of my life!!

Hunters first truck!

Yesterday Hunter was 15 months! Where has the time gone? He walking all over and talking. He says Oscar, Daddy, Mommy, Bye Bye and you will like this Cup Cake! He has fun playing all day and he just a happy little guy. I look at him everyday and think how I am to have him =) Oh and as you can see his grandma Chat got him his first truck and he loves it in fact I have to pull him out of it most days.

Weekend at Uncle Matt's

This weekend Hunter and I went down to GA to visit Matt for his birthday. Leslie made a great cake for him. It was so nice just to spend some time together and we took him out to dinner at Olive Garden. I only wish that we had more time to spend with him!

Hunter's Second christmas

This Christmas has been a lot of fun with Hunter he is now getting into opening gifts and looking at the lights. We had a very busy season. We were able to go to lights with Shaun and Ginger and the boys and Tiawanna. Then that whole weekend we had family parties. Then mom and Matt got here a few days before Christmas as you can tell we had a good one. In fact Hunter opened two gifts and the crawled away saying bye bye i guess you could say opening isn't his thing =) We went over to Shaun and Gingers for a great breakfast and then came home to just relax. Our big surprise came the day after when we woke to a few inches of snow!

Crazy Hunter

Hunter, Matt and I went to KY for Thanksgiving. We had a great time but have to say i was sick of driving by the end. Hunter took a nap Thanksgiving morning and he got up with the worst bed head we had to give him a bath to get it under control. We had a great trip! Tonight I was making dinner and I could hear Hunter playing with his toys so I went in to see what he was doing and he was sitting in one of his toys and playing with the other =)

No more purple cast!

Today was the big day my cast was cut off!!!!! Then it was up for xrays to see if my three pins could come out too..As you can see it was a little crazy looking.. I also want to tell everyone who says oh it doesnt hurt to have them out that they have never had them out lol!! It wasn't a lot of pain but it didnt feel great.. Now I am in a soft splint for 6weeks but the best part is I can scratch all i want =) Now i just need to take it easy and hopefully i will be back to normal soon..

Hunter is One!!!!

My sweet baby boy is one today.. Its hard to think this time last year i was waiting to meet him for the first time.. When i look at my baby i cant imagine loving anyone more than him.. He is truly a gift from god!! We started his big day out by having his 12 month check up and he was doing good..

So as you can see he is going to be a big boy!! Then it was off to Target to get some sippy cups because no more bottle =( Then we got some lunch at Applebees.. It was a great day!! Happy Birthday to my big boy!! We love you..

Hunter's 1st birthday party!

This weekend we had Hunter's first birthday party!! It was so much fun to have all his family and friends there!! As you can see he had a great time from eating lunch to opening gifts and eating his cake!! Thank you to everyone it was so much fun and loves all his gifts..And yes mommy has let him play with them.. Its hard to think that on Wednesday my baby will be one where does the time go?? I love him so much!!

Halloween!!

We have had a big weekend! Friday night we went to Boo at the Zoo with Stephanie and Ginger, Shaun and the boys.. It was a great night the weather was so nice and we had such a great time.. Saturday night we had trunk or treat at church which was also a good time.. Nemo was a big hit!!

Weekend of fun!

This weekend was a busy one.Lauren came in town and stayed a few days. As you can see Hunter enjoyed sharing an apple with her! We also went to the fair with Lauren, Leslie and the kids. Hunter loved seeing the animals. The pigs made him laugh. Today it was off to church with his new bow tie he is becoming such a little man.

Saturday October 2nd my family and I had a life changing event. Hunter and I got up and got dressed to go to the breast cancer walk and that is what I know but not what I remember. What happened to us on this day has been pieced together to me by others. We were in a head on collision at 7:30am by a drunk driver in Blythewood, SC. I remember nothing!!! I am not sure I can type everything but the pictures say a lot. My car had a six disc CD changer and the one that was ejected out on the seat was "God be with you" and he was. Hunter is fine all he has is a scratch in his chin. I had to stay in the hospital for two nights and have a lot of scraps, bruises and a broken wrist that now has three pins after a surgery and a bruised lung. It is going to be a long and bumpy road but we are soooo blessed. Thank you to everyone who has been there for our family and all the prayers. I thank god for everything with out him Hunter and I would not be here. We are blessed! My life will never be the same. Please continue prayers for us.
